Source: retypeset-digital — quality 4/5: Clean retypeset Word-derived digital text, large type, no watermarks or ads, fully legible throughout. Docked because several stimuli survive only as low-resolution embedded scans (p12 company memo, p14 tategaki passage, p28 dictionary columns A/B, p34 theater-club guide, p36 relay box, p43 answer key), the answer key is truncated after q25, there is no furigana, and retyping introduced small defects: missing option-number digits (q32 opt 2, q68 opt 2, q70 opt 3), a 加藤/佐藤 typo in the q65 source line, double-spaced lines breaking mid-word, and no worked examples.

Every section was transcribed twice independently (a full-page pass and a double-resolution half-page pass) and reconciled. Of 13 sections, 0 agreed on all content between the two passes (reconciled automatically, differing only in transcriber notes) and 13 had at least one content difference resolved by a third adjudication pass that re-read the page images. 7 leaf-level differences were examined in total.

The OCR rendered these as '1,HO円' (入会費), '一般社員 ［,□円' and '学生会員 1,5円', so only the digit patterns are partly legible: 入会費≈1,000; 学生年会費≈1,500; 一般年会費 first digit unclear (transcribed 3,000 as a plausible value). Treat the exact yen figures as UNVERIFIED.
